Frank is a Licenced Builder with extensive knowledge of the development and construction industry from grass roots level up. Frank ensures that Casaview Homes is committed to keeping casaview’s promise of “Building With Excellence” by carefully selecting each member of his team so that all clients have a “hassle free” experience from start to end.

  John Bergamin – Architectural Manager

  John Bergamin has been in the building, design & construction industry for over 30 years. John is the lead architect and has been associated with Casaview Homes for approximately 15 years. With this wealth of building, design and construction experience, John is involved in the development of Casaview’s dwelling designs and the preparation of architectural plans for building approval & construction that meet the needs of Casaview’s clients.

  Rosemary Sarpa – Contract/Office Manager

  Rosemary is the company’s “all-rounder”, coming from a legal background & having worked in the building industry in contract administration for over 10 years. Rosemary’s wealth of knowledge in dealing with every aspect of the administration of building process’s, from banks & brokers to Estate Design Review Panels and local councils. Rosemary’s hands-on approach & keen eye for detail ensures that each clients experience is a smooth transition from start to finish. Her dedication and commitment to every client’s different requirements is reflected in her efficiency to ensure that a high level of client satisfaction is maintained throughout the entire process.

  Pandit Sharma – Sales & Developer Manager

  Pandit has 20 years of experience in the construction and development industry. He has been an achiever and winner of several awards in this field. Pandit has been dedicated to guiding and helping people fulfil their dream of owning their own home as well as making them profitable investments. He provides professional and genuine advice and service to make customers feel comfortable and confident in achieving their goals. He is honest and forthright in his dealings to ensure a high level of satisfaction for his customers. Pandit prides himself on the large amount of repeat and referred clients as their experience with Pandit is never forgotten.

  Robert Simonetto - General Manager

  Robert is a licenced builder with over 20 years building industry experience. Robert has been involved in projects from multimillion dollar luxury homes to projects that have won the highest building awards in the state. Robert’s role is to oversee the procurement of all projects and finalise all documentation prior to the commencement of construction. Robert offers a personal touch in dealing with all clients prior to construction starting to ensure their dream home or investment/s is given the best possible start.

  John Moore - Construction Manager

  John Moore is Casaview Homes Construction manager & has been overseeing residential new home construction since 1988. With over 23 years of supervising residential homes, John’s role is to oversee all aspects of the construction process. John has an intimate understanding of what is required to provide our clients “excellence in building”. John has the venerable nickname of “millimetre Moore”.
