May and I would like to take the opportunity to thank Casaview's team of professionals who made the handover possible within the specified time frame, even with the huge amount of wet weather experienced right throughout the process.

Right from the onset where we first met with Rob and Enzo, as well as our phone conversations with Frank, we were pleased with Casaview's eagerness to accommodate our requests including being allowed onsite through the construction phase to install the additional electrical items.

Specifically Enzo has been the perfect Site Manager, always keeping in contact and informing us of the scheduled works as well as sorting out small issues that arose without any problems.

We would also like to also thank Rose, the fact that we did not have much interaction with her only proves that she is competent, professional and can keep the wheels turning behind the scenes.

Rob, pleasure to meet you and thank you for looking after us with the HUGE amount of variations we made you research, you earned your dollars!

All in all, May and I are very pleased with the end result and we would gladly recommend Casaview to any of our friends however, I must be honest and state we would not recommend construction in the Camden Shire area as they are way way to slow.

When we initially decided to buy a new home, we never dreamed of considering the prospect of building. The block of land, deciding on a style of house, deciding on a builder all seemed just a little too difficult.

It wasn't until James said "why don't we just go and have a look, and see how much we might be up for" - I didn't tell him then that I was more worried about how long we would be through the building process before we tore each other’s heads off......

What a pleasant surprise, when we visited the Casaview Display Homes and found that not only would a new home be within our price range, but the process was simple with NO STRESS!

I will admit we all hear the horror stories of bad decisions, and I was worried that I would fall victim.....how wrong was I!

Not only did James and I find a design that suited both our needs, but with fittings that suited our modern taste. What was more surprising was the fact that we did not have one argument throughout the whole building process 

When we had our handover yes, there were a couple of niggly little problems, like the vanity door & lock not engaging, but the promptness of your response in getting these little things rectified showed the dedication of your team to ensure TOTAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

We would like to thank Casaview for their professionalism, quality construction, beautiful designs, but above all, the no-stress approach to building our new home. We are sure that your dedication will result in many years of our happy domesticity.

Dear Frank and the Casaview Team

I write to express our gratitude and appreciation now that our Casaview Home is complete.

Firstly, when we initially set out to make enquiries about the building our new home I felt at ease and welcomed the moment I stepped foot into your display home. Tenille (the salesperson) was polite and extremely helpful, pointing us in the right direction. Other salespersons from other companies would not even get out of their chairs to give us the time of day.

The process of the Tender and Contract was made all the more easier dealing with the owner of Casaview Homes directly. Frank was very professional and able to provide us with a detailed tender in a very short period of time. Even the extra changes that we made to the original design were done promptly and at a reasonable cost. Frank made this process very relaxed and he is a "man of his word". Everything Frank promised us on signing the contract he delivered.

Throughout the construction process John, Rob, and Rose were always extremely helpful and not once did they make us feel as if we were hassling them or imposing on them with our enquiries. Whenever we asked them for advice or an answer, each of them responded promptly and professionally.

A big thank you must go to Enzo and especially Sandro our site supervisors, who ensured our home was completed to the quality that was promised on the first day. Having worked within the residential construction industry myself for many years, I considered myself to have detailed knowledge of the construction process. As a result, I obviously took a great interest as our home progressed. I was extremely impressed by the attitude and professionalism shown by all of Casaview's subcontractors.

This resulted in Casaview providing us with a structurally sound house finished to a high quality. Enzo, Sandro and Rob always kept us informed throughout the construction phase with the progress of our home. Having built a home previously with another company, the ongoing communication with the Casaview staff made us feel somewhat important and not just like a "number".

We would have no problem recommending Casaview Homes to any prospective clients. The customer service was first class and the construction process was most importantly delivered on time, on budget and finished to a high standard therefore, making the process very relaxed and stress free.

We feel that our Casaview Home was the right choice and a good investment.

I would like to start by saying that my Wife and I are extremely pleased with our brand new Casaview Home.

From the moment we walked in to the showroom at Middleton Grange and met Pandit we knew we had made the right decision to build with Casaview Homes. We found him to be very honest and upfront when he explained all the inclusions and exclusions, unlike some of the other builders that we had previously spoken to. There were no hidden costs and the quality of the finishing’s were superb.

We decided on the Macquarie with a few design changes. Bill, the architect, was a pleasure to deal with. He understood exactly what we were after and nothing we requested seemed impossible. He would always find a way to ensure we had the dream design we were after.

Thanks also to Robert, Rosemary and Melinda for all their hard work in managing our costs, colour schedules, quotes and variations. The attention to detail was spot on and they were very responsive to anything we asked.

We would especially like to thank Enzo – where do we begin. From the start of construction right through to handover, Enzo treated our home like it was his own. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding and we were very impressed with his professionalism in not only managing the team of tradies but also managing the project. The job ran so smoothly and there were no delays or problems the entire time. We even got the keys to our home 6 weeks ahead of schedule!

Thank you to your wonderful team. We love our new home and would not hesitate in recommending Casaview to family and friends.

Dear Casaview Staff,

We are writing to you to provide feedback in regard the construction of our recently completed home at Lot 4124 Moyengully Ave, Mount Annan.

Our initial contact with Casaview was with Pandit Sharma at your display homes in Middleton Grange. Pandit was very welcoming, friendly and helpful, without being over bearing. He was able to quickly develop a positive rapport with us and always took time to make a fuss of our children, Liam and Connor.

Over the next month we communicated regularly with Pandit via both telephone and email and he was always punctual in regards to communication, of which we were greatly appreciative. Pandit is an excellent ambassador for Casaview and made an extremely positive first impression upon us.

Over the coming months we spent many hours meeting with various Casaview staff members. A great deal of this time was spent with designer Robert Simonetto who was always extremely helpful & mindful of our needs. Robert was able to draw on his experience to create a modified version of the "Majestic" so that it would fit on our block. Robert was always honest & open, going to great lengths to accommodate the many variations we wished to include. He always offered practical and objective advice in regard to fittings and the locations of various features. Being a mountain biker also helped us form a great working relationship with Robert!

Rose & Melinda were always very helpful & consistently kept us in the loop, particularly when the bank weren't pulling their weight in regard to payment schedules. Such notifications are necessary and are often done in a very impersonal manner however, the advice provided from Casaview was always polite and personal and was never of an "eleventh hour" nature. This not only kept us accurately appraised of proceedings but provided us with ample time to follow up outstanding payments prior to, rather than after, their due date.

Early in the construction program we met our Construction Manager, John Moore. John was great to work with and it was clear from the outset that he took a great deal of pride in his work, a character trait that is sadly lacking in many people nowadays. From our first site meeting to handover, John was always ready and willing to assist in any way possible and was able to draw on his experience to ensure that our house was built to his high standards.

If there was a problem, question or concern John would attend to it promptly and always inform us of the issues progress. The several minor issues we did encounter were all addressed and rectified to our satisfaction in a prompt and diligent manner by John.

During the handover meeting it was obvious that John was not simply going through the motions, he seemed to be genuinely proud of the finished product and took great delight in presenting us with the keys to our new home. Not only that, he managed to hand over 2 months ahead of schedule!

In addition we worked directly with staff from your subcontractors, Mario from Brindabella was excellent to work with and spent more than a couple of hours enduring changes to Caesarstone colours, door and drawer handles, and so on. Mario was always professional and again drew on his considerable experience to ensure that we would be happy with the end result. Likewise Steve from Marvel Ceramics was of great assistance when the time came to choose wall, floor & wet area tiling.

We never, EVER wanted to build a house, due again to the myriad horror stories we had heard about the stereotypical "dodgy builder". We chose well when we decided to work with Casaview.

Thank you for the professionalism, attention to detail, work ethic and pride that you demonstrated throughout the construction of our beautiful new home.

We couldn't be happier with the end result (except for that bloody blue thing - ask John) and would gladly recommend Casaview to others.

My family and I would like to express our appreciation to everyone at Casaview Homes, who assisted with building our new dream home - Lot 3, 6 Mackellar St, Casula.

We would like to thank Pandit Sharma, Robert Simonetto, Enzo Palumbo and Rosemary Sarpa for their amazing service.

Pandit Sharma listened to all our needs and provided helpful advice. Pandit had a good understanding of all requirements as a home buyer, which helped while making the decision for the design and build, it should also be noted that he met us after hours which was a great help due to my own working hours. One of the main reasons why we refused other builders quotations was due to Pandit’s excellent customer service.

As we are new to self building & it was valuable that we were provided honest advice regarding our floor plans. We were very satisfied with this part of the service as Pandit provided us with a sense of relief using his fast pace of work. His service immediately attended to our every need, along with keeping us up to date with all progress reports.

One of our main concerns was the feeling of being kept waiting and waiting, Pandit understood our feelings and was sincere in helping us to find the "right" house plan. We appreciate the fact that we were never promised anything that couldn't be delivered. It has been a pleasure to work with Pandit Sharma and we are confident he will continue to give us the same professionalism and genuine service throughout the building process and to the completion of the project.

Robert, our Contract Administrator, showed great care and attention to detail. He promptly took care of any of issues we had and was always going the extra mile to assist us with the whole understanding of the process while building a new house. He was friendly and helpful before, during and after the construction. We found he was professional, direct and open in updating us on progress reports along with advising us of potential issues in order for them to be resolved immediately.

Enzo, our Project Manager, has been brilliant in rectifying any issues. At one stage we had noticed a particular problem and Enzo advised that he would be onsite at 8am. At 8am we received a knock at the door with Enzo ready to rectify the issue. We found Enzo to always have been reliable and kept to his word, while following through the progress of the build.

Enzo was friendly, helpful, and professional as he guided us through the pre-start meetings.

Rosemary was always helpful and efficient particularly with numerous contract changes. Everyone was great to deal with.

A high level of care and attention to detail was displayed throughout the building process.

We once again would like to thank your team for the quality and excellence displayed in the construction of our dream house.

It is hard to find good people these days, especially tradesmen that actually carry out quality work and that are reliable. Given the chance we would build with Casaview again.

Casaview Homes did a really good job, was well priced and the build quality was excellent.

I would highly recommend Casaview Homes to family and friends.

To whom it may concern,

Casaview Homes have been fantastic. From the initial sales person at Mt Annan (Marian) who was bubbly, personable and had great ideas, through to the initial draft stages with the architect (Bill) who was very polite, helpful and responsive.

Colour selection was a fun experience Melinda (the consultant) went above and beyond more than once supplying photos of items etc. Pre-construction and variations (Rob) were stress free and informative and delivered with an easy going style.

Admin girls (mainly Rosemary) but all the girls were always polite.

Finally the construction with our Site Supervisor (John) was so positive. He was very professional, always responsive and abated any concerns we may have had. I found him to be right there and available for us throughout the entire build, which was wonderful.

Our home was built very quickly 5.5 months, even with rain - two months before our contract expired!

Our home is beautiful.

Even with a few very minor concerns, which ended up being nothing to worry about, we have had a wonderful experience with Casaview. Every staff member was helpful and courteous.

Affiliated companies such as Brindabella and Marvel were friendly as well. Our kitchen is stunning!

Even after handover Casaview trades are still being courteous to us. Casaview are building next door and the plasterers came to ask if they could start early because they didn’t want to disturb us. That’s unheard of! 

I would recommend Casaview to anyone looking to build a new home.

It's been a dream come true to finally move in to our house, from signing up with Marian at your sales office, dealing with Robert and Rosemary at Casaview Head Office and John our Construction Supervisor, building with the Casaview team was an absolute stress free and excellent experience.

From start to finish, nothing was ever complicated or too hard. We have built with other builders before and believe that not only is the quality of completion a stand out above the rest but the experience of building felt a lot more personal and we really appreciated that.
